A Delhi court on Tuesday under arrest suspended IPS officer R K Sharma, including three other charged, guilty in Shivani Bhatnagar murder case.
Two charged, Ved Kalu and V P Sharma, were released by the court.
A Haryana-cadre IPS officer, R K Sharma, was in front of trial for purportedly plotting with five others -- Ved Prakash , Sri Bhagwan, Sharma, Pradeep, Sharma, Satya Prakash and Ved Kalu -- to get Indian Express scribe Shivani Bhatnagar killed in her Delhi flat on January 23 1999.
Four others, apart from the suspended IPS officer provided support to Pradeep Sharma to commit the crime.
The tribunal has charged all the accused with murder and plan. Pradeep has as well been charged with larceny of victim's camera and gold chain after the murder.
